Oliver Williams, First Nations Senior Law Student of the Year 2024

Wiradjuri man and fifth year Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice / Bachelor of Laws Student, Oliver Williams, was named First Nations Senior Law Student of the Year at the 2024 Ngalaya Ball.


Oliver is currently seconded to the Shopfront Youth Legal Centre from the Justice and Equity Centre, where he supports vulnerable young clients. He previously worked as a Research Assistant on the Towards Truth project. Oliver has a strong commitment to First Nations justice, and in 2022 wrote two features on several Ngalaya members for the Law Society Journal
